I recently had an outstanding experience with ETC Communications and their technician, Josh recently updated and upgraded my security system. Not only did he do a fantastic job ensuring everything was set up correctly, but he also took the time to thoroughly explain each component of the new system. His patience and knowledge made me feel confident and well-informed about how my security would work. The entire process was professional, prompt, and efficient. I’m truly impressed by their dedication to quality service and highly recommend ETC Communications and Josh for anyone in need of reliable wireless and security solutions.

Ever since we started our service. It's been amazing. The ability to text 24/7 with a real person for tech support. Is by far one of the best things about it. We've had 4 gaming systems, 3 computers, a laptop, and 8 phones running at one time. Could not tell any difference in the service speed they provide. Hands down if you want the best speeds and, in my opinion, the best tech support for the absolute best price. Etc is the one to call. Every other provider I've ever used. Can't come close to the service etc provides. 100% recommend trying them out. I promise you'll never change your service provider again.

I recently had issues with cameras going offline and Josh came out the next day and determined the problem and found the solution to my issue. He also noticed that the internet was intermittent and he placed a repair ticket on my behalf. Within 24 hours, Brian came out and located the internet issue and was able to take care of the issue. I am grateful for the fast and efficient service I have received. Thank you ETC for providing me with peace of mind know that everything is back up and running within 48 hours from my initial call.

Had tv issues. Through text, ETC David identitified problem and told me which buttons to press to fix it. He was extremely patient and nice. I've had ETC services for years and the few times I've needed assistance, every technician has been outstanding.

I have dealt with them on numerous occasions. Service is quick, efficient, personal, and friendly. I am happy that they are my internet provider. Soooo much better than the big corporate service providers.

It is 6 p.m. on a Tuesday night. For the past day, we couldn’t figure out how to correct the 12 hour difference of the time being shown in the upper right corner of the ETC site. I got on the ETC website and saw you could text your question. I expected an answer tomorrow morning during regular business hours. Instead, we got an answer within 2 minutes! And were able to correct the time per the instructions. Wow! ETC is a great company and we are very happy! Thank you for having someone on duty after hours!

Two outstanding techs, Gabe and Johnny (I think that’s his name although not sure) came to my home yesterday to finalize the switch from cable boxes to the new streaming format. They were exceptionally knowledgeable about the format and patiently worked through a maze of cables and hookups that were totally a mess (that I had created). I listened as they talked through every situation that came up and the solutions that would solve each problem. Then, if one idea did not work the way they planned, they implemented another. I was so impressed with the depth of their knowledge regarding the new format and in technology in general. They answered every one of my questions and stayed to make sure every setting was the way I wanted it on three separate TVs. Gabe and Johnny were friendly, smart and patient gentlemen. I am pleased with ETC and the quality of their customer service. Local serves us best.

ETC provides excellent upscale service! I changed my fiber to them after going through hell with Kinetic about a year ago when they came into our area (only had only one option before ETC). The quality of ETC fiber far exceeds Kinetic in equipment, service interruptions and customer service. I recently switched my alarm system to ETC and again couldn’t have had a better experience! Drew came out when my old alarm system was having communication issues with the newly installed fiber. My alarm system was 30 yrs old and needed to be upgraded. He gave me several options, and never pressured me to switch to ETC, just honest advice. He provided a quote and said if we decided to use ETC just to give him a call back. We decided on ETC since they had already been excellent with fiber service and loved the idea of having a local monitoring service.
Josh came to install our new system within 3 days! He is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions before and after the install. He even went the extra mile to make sure we were totally satisfied when I mentioned the siren wasn’t near as loud as my older system - he said he would get us a bigger/louder siren and come back to switch it out.
You can’t go wrong with ETC! I’ve gotten two of my neighbors to switch their fiber and they are very happy as well!

We recently had a system installed and the batteries were showing low which didn’t make sense since they should last years, not a month. I emailed ETC in the morning and within an hour they got back to me and Josh stopped by the same day. He changed out all the batteries just to be safe and replaced a couple contacts he wasn’t sure about. What service!!! He’s always a pleasure and I’m glad I decided to stay local instead of going out to other national competitors!

Texted to let ETC know that we had been without WiFi for several hours and was merely checking the ETA when service would be restored. Cody responded within 5 min or less. Checked that it should be working but he needed to do something on his end. From the time I texted to the time it was restored was 10 min or less. So pleased! Wish I’d texted sooner!

The technician was extremely helpful with our WIFI being down. We worked through each issue until we found the issue with a GFI breaker. Thank you for working through the issue. Deborah

I know where we live, a mountain paradise, comes at a cost. Part of that is perfect wi fi. We don’t have that! What we DO have is a crew , at Jasper ETC , like David, who treat us like family, not just a problem. Every time we have an issue it is handled with professionalism and understanding. We try to be understanding too.
